One address: suko@sz.ws. All three of these go there.

Submit a weird question

Anything you want the answer to that turns out to be unexpectedly hard to look up. The best submissions are questions you can state in one sentence and whose answer can actually be checked.

Not every submission gets published — anything we can't source reliably doesn't go live. That's the site's one hard rule.

What makes a good weird question

Three things: it fits in one sentence, it has a definite answer, and that answer can be looked up.

"Why do Taiwanese buildings skip the fourth floor" works. "What is the meaning of life" doesn't — not because it is a bad question, but because there is nothing to check it against. Opinions, predictions, and things only one person could know don't become entries.

The best submissions usually look like this: you read a claim somewhere, it seemed off, and ten minutes of searching left you no more certain. Those ten minutes are where we pick it up.

Report an error

Send the URL, the passage you think is wrong, and a source that backs you up. Corrections that arrive with a source get handled first, because we can check them directly instead of researching from scratch.

Anything else

Citations, collaboration, press — same address. Reply speed depends on the week; there is no autoresponder pretending otherwise.

If you are an agent

/api/mcp is a stateless streamable-HTTP MCP endpoint; reads need no credential, writes do. /llms.txt is the site index, and every page will hand you Markdown directly if you send Accept: text/markdown.
